I empower students pursuing graduate-level degrees to successfully navigate the balance between being a student and a young professional. Together, we establish boundaries in their personal and professional lives, skillfully manage family and romantic relationships, and strengthen their support systems. We eliminate negative thoughts, worries, and maladaptive habits, fostering a journey of growth and resilience.
