You feel overwhelmed, frustrated, agitated, broken and filled with despair. Daily you feel undervalued in relationships, school, work and society. You want so badly to feel happy, accepted, and valued by society and the people around you. The ongoing strife with relationships, school, work and personal struggles just seem all too overbearing. You have sleepless nights, due to situations and circumstance constantly on your mind. You just can’t win for loosing! You are filled with many insecurities, which causes you to doubt who you are and whether you have the strength to pull yourself out this whole you have fallen into.

You want to be happy, positive and successful in every aspect of your life. You want to feel hopeful and not constantly ruminating over circumstances and situations that you can’t control. Ultimately, you want to accept that you are unique and filled with all you need to enjoy and deal with life.

I am License Clinical Social Worker committed to providing culturally relevant mental health services to individuals, families and communities. My practice style varies as each individual and family situations are unique.

During the initial session we will discuss the particular issue or circumstances that led you to seek counseling. We will also begin by building a therapeutic relationship that would allow you to feel connected, safe, secure and comfortable in discussing vulnerable topics.

I make therapy convenient and easy to fit your busy schedule. I do so, by offering evenings, weekends and online sessions. My office is conveniently located, close to public transportation, plenty of parking and handicap accessible.
