Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Counselors
  • Licensed Professional Counselors
  • Psychologists

Hello all, I am from NYC originally, and have been a licensed psychologist for 17 years! I completed my clinical internship at Yale, and my post-doctorate at the Boston College Counseling Center. I have been a Program Manager at NYU Langone Brooklyn in their mental health program for over a decade, and have my own private practice.

The guiding belief of my practice is that all people can overcome their difficulties, no matter how difficult, when given the right tools and support. We would be happy to help you no matter what challenge is in front of you.

I specialize in helping young adults navigate difficulties such as anxiety, depression, executive function, relationship issues, panic, and spectrum disorders. I have an advanced specialty in treating psychosis and bipolar disorder as well.

I carefully selected two other members of my team who share my philosophy, and I supervise them for a real team based approach to helping patients who come to us for help.

Our Team

One staff member is African American, she enjoys working with all individuals but especially Black adults across the diaspora (given her background and culturally informed knowledge of struggles for Black Americans, Africans, immigrants, first-gen, and minorities within black cultures).

One staff member is Chinese and speaks English and Mandarin. While skilled in treating all individuals, she has a particular interest in BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ communities, first-gen and international students, bicultural individuals, and people navigating anxiety and/or. depression

We are here to help you. The first step is to call us for a free 20 minute consult (you can submit a request through the website too), but we enjoy receiving calls as well. When we speak, we will ask you some questions to get to know you and see how we can help and who is the best team member who can help. You would have a chance to ask questions and see if we feel like a good fit for you as well.

Many people who are struggling with their mental health have a hard time reaching out for help. Please, I encourage you to pick up the phone for a free consult and let us hear how you are doing and see how we may help you. Thank you

As a licensed psychologist practicing for nearly 20 years, I aim to keep the cost of treatment low. We accept several insurances, and we can also offer a sliding fee cheaper than our listed prices for people that are struggling but don't have the insurances we accept. Others are under their parents insurance. Send a message through the website or call for assistance!
