We are a group of practicing counselors committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy services in the High Country. Our therapists work from a relationship-based lens that allows the client and the therapist to work collaboratively within a strong and safe therapeutic relationship. We utilize the following modalities in counseling: EMDR , ERP, sand tray therapy, and cognitive strategies. We work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD/panic, adjustment concerns, ADHD, ASD, and social/familial issues. In addition to young adults/adults, we also see children ages 3+ utilizing play therapy.
