Does this sound familiar?

You want to feel confident about yourself and excited about the future, but instead you feel:

Overwhelmed by the competing demands of school, work, and family.

Paralyzed with indecision about choices in your life.

Frustrated with well-meaning people who tell you what the “right choice” is

Exhausted by the constant pressure, and unable to focus on what is important to you, leading to more anxiety

You may be finding it difficult to eat, sleep, or enjoy life. It could be difficult to get out of bed in the morning. You may be falling behind at school or work. You may find it difficult to stop thinking about the things that are worrying you. It is hard to enjoy life in the present. The physical symptoms of anxiety, depression, and panic like nausea, shakiness, and insomnia can be extremely disruptive and debilitating in daily life.

Together, we will explore the reasons you feel “stuck,” and identify tools you can use to decrease anxiety, depression and panic symptoms, and regain your self-confidence.

I provide counseling for anxiety, depression, and panic using a genuine, warm, and empathetic style. I combine evidence-based therapy with an informal and authentic approach.

My clients walk away from therapy with me knowing they are understood. They feel relief from overwhelming anxiety symptoms and more confident about themselves and the future. They have the tools they need to manage anxiety effectively, and they feel empowered to make their own choices without self-doubt and worry creeping in.

You will feel more confident in yourself and your decisions. You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself. You won’t feel anxious or depressed all the time. You will have the tools you need to conquer anxiety and cope with stress in the future too!

I respond to all emails within 2 business days.

I look forward to hearing from you!
