Path of Life Counseling, LLC
College and young adulthood can be overwhelming, especially when you're balancing academics, relationships, family expectations, and your own emotional well being. Many students seek therapy when stress, anxiety, or past experiences begin to interfere with daily life or personal goals. I support students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage stress effectively.
I have over 20 years experience in the field of social work and provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to talk openly. My approach is empathetic, strength-based, and collaborative, helping individuals better understand their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.
I work with concerns such as anxiety, stress management, mood changes, relationship transitions, and the impact of past experiences. I utilize evidence based approaches including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and I am EMDR certified. My work is trauma informed while also supporting everyday emotional and academic stressors.
I believe feeling comfortable with your therapist is important. Reaching out is the first step, and I welcome the oppurtunity to see if we are a good fit.
