We are a down to earth group mental health practice that specializes in working with women going through different transitions in their lives such as the adjustment to college, preparing to graduate, navigating personal relationships or just trying to figure out who they are or want to be!

We provide individual, couples and group counseling both in-person and virtually. Our therapists provide support, tools and resources to help you make positive changes in your life. Our specialities include anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, career planning, sexual identity and more!
