Virtual, Intensive, Mental Health Care in RI & MA. We offer intensive, short-term treatment for people with acute psychiatric issues. We provide full day programming with a range of services including daily individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and care coordination.

We take pride in being person centered, solution focused, and evidence based. We use third-wave cognitive behavioral therapies which incorporate acceptance and mindfulness strategies.

Overall, our mission is to deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and high-quality care.

We offer 4 tracks: General, PTSD, emotion regulation, and young adult.

We work with individuals whose mental health is impacting their ability to live a full & meaningful life. We address a range of psychiatric concerns by targeting common psychological processes that underlie various issues that arise when navigating unexpected life challenges.

Everyone is welcome here. We take a holistic approach, believing no human is inherently broken—it's the systems we’re taught to understand ourselves in that need healing. With time, support, and therapy, individuals can access their own tools for a fulfilling, meaningful life. We are dedicated to ensuring that all individuals feel heard, validated, and supported.
