If you're struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression or the impact of trauma, healing is possible. As a therapist, I take a holistic approach that welcomes your entire person, including all of the relationships, systems and identities that are relevant to your life. Together, we will explore the root causes of the challenges you are facing and collaborate to cultivate your inherent resilience and wholeness. I am committed to and have experience providing inclusive and affirming services to clients who identify as LGBTQIA, including folx who identify as GNC or transgender. Whether you're unpacking religious trauma, exploring your spirituality, grappling with collective grief and trauma or any other range of challenges, I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, I only accept Anthem Medicaid (I will update when I am paneled with other Medicaid providers) or private pay on a sliding scale. Please email to inquire about sliding scale rates.
