I am a seasoned psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience helping older teens & adults navigate life’s most difficult challenges. My practice offers a compassionate and evidence-based approach to healing, with expertise in trauma, grief, resilience & relationship dynamics. I provide both individual and family therapy drawing from cognitive-behavioral, attachment and trauma-focused approaches to support recovery and growth. My patients describe me as collaborative, warm, & practical in helping them build resilience, reduce distress, and reconnect with what matters most.

If you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, loss, or challenges in your relationships, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to work toward lasting change.

Sessions offered in person in Manhattan and Long Island and virtual for CT and FL.
