Paragon Integrative Psychiatry

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

The clients I connect with most tend to have one thing in common: they’re used to holding everything together — for everyone else. They’re the ones people go to for answers, for help, for strength. On the outside, they might look like they’re managing just fine. But inside, they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted.

Many are students, professionals, caregivers, or first-generation Americans, and immigrants juggling multiple identities and expectations. Some are navigating life transitions, chronic illness, or burnout. Others are high-achievers who suddenly feel stuck or lost.

They don’t just want a quick fix — they want to understand why they’re feeling this way, and how to get back to themselves. That’s where I come in.

My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll look at your mental health in the context of your life, culture, and values — not just a checklist of symptoms. We’ll work together to build something sustainable: confidence, clarity, and tools that actually work in your world.

If that sounds like you, we might be a good fit. You don’t have to do this alone.
