Our therapists lead with compassion to support individuals facing life challenges, whether they are navigating difficult relationships, questions around identity or self-image, transitions or struggling to cope with stress, grief, depression or anxiety. We are client-centered and work collaboratively to empower our clients toward growth and greater fulfillment using modalities including EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, EFT and somatic therapy. Many of us also have experience with meditation and mindfulness practices.
