Jennings Psychological Services
Many of the students I work with are thoughtful, creative, and driven—but they also feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Some are dealing with high expectations, self-doubt, or pressure to be perfect. Others feel disconnected from their families or unsure about their identity. I work especially well with students who tend to think and feel deeply, including those who have a strong inner life, creative interests, or complicated relationships with ambition or independence.
I often work with women who are trying to find their own voice—especially in families, relationships, or systems where they’ve been expected to shrink themselves. I also help students explore the deeper roots of their struggles, including past experiences and family dynamics that may still be affecting them today. Therapy with me is warm, honest, and collaborative. I offer a space where you can speak freely, even about feelings that are confusing or hard to name. Together, we work to understand what’s beneath the surface so you can feel more grounded, more yourself, and more able to move forward.
