Pam Weissman
Hi - I am a therapist who is trained to work with clients who are looking to make changes related to life stressors including: anxiety, depression, college life, parenting, separation/divorce and other life transitions. My approach is to work with you to identify how to make the changes that you are looking to make to have lasting effects in your life.
I use a strength based, culturally sensitive approach. I am trained in a variety of evidence based treatment modalities including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma informed treatment.
I have worked in a variety of settings throughout my career as a clinical social worker including outpatient community mental health, hospital based social work, emergency services, public health, and substance use prevention and treatment with clients of all ages.
Please get in touch if you think we would work well together to help you feel better.
