At Pam Skop Wellness, we work collaboratively with our clients to create a warm, open, and trusting space. Our approach to therapy uses a mix of two approaches; Cognitive behavioral and Psychodynamic work. This means that we will work together to challenge negative thinking patterns, as well as explore where these thinking patterns may have developed and the impact that has had on your current relationships. In this work you will gain insight and create effective coping skills. We also incorporate my a holistic approach to traditional talk therapy by utilizing the mind-body connection through both yoga and meditation. Areas of expertise include; eating disorders, challenging relationships to food and body, infertility, pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
