Paige Leedy
Hey, I'm Paige!
Authentic. Relational. Collaborative.
I am a therapist based out of Boulder, and I work with people navigating turning points in life: college students and young adults figuring out who they are. Whether you’re adjusting to life at CU Boulder, managing post-grad panic, navigating identity shifts, or figuring out how to be an adult in a chaotic world, I offer a grounded space to help you find your footing.
My practice Facing Mountains is built on the idea that we don't have to face the hard stuff alone.
My approach is relational at heart and blends Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). That means we'll explore the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, while also building practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and compassion.
Whether you're here to process trauma, navigating major life transitions, or simply trying to breathe through life's chaos, I'll meet you with honesty, care, and zero judgement.
