I am an art therapist with a lifelong love for art making and creating space for people to experience healing and connection within themselves and their relationships. Art therapy utilizes the process of art making for its inherently soothing and therapeutic nature, as well as a means of communication, self-expression, gaining insight, and problem solving.
I offer empathetic listening, compassionate support, and helping people tap into their own answers, strengths, and skills. I work with all ages and can support clients in coping with a variety of issues including grief, loss, stress, anxiety, and depression. Sessions may include drawing, painting, sculpting, writing, meditation, movement, and music.
