College can be an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming. Many of the students we work with are balancing academic pressure, relationships, family expectations, and big questions about identity and the future. If you find yourself feeling anxious, burned out, lonely, or unsure of your direction, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

At Pacifica Counseling & Psychiatry, we provide a supportive space where students can slow down, talk honestly about what they’re going through, and develop tools to move forward with more clarity and confidence. Our team works with students navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the pressure to “have everything figured out.”
We believe every person’s story is unique, and counseling should reflect that. Whether you’re looking for practical strategies, a place to process life’s challenges, or support during a difficult season, our clinicians are here to help you build resilience and reconnect with a sense of peace and purpose.
We look forward to working with you!
