Pa Dra Lee
I offer a calming presence, safe space, coping skills, and acceptance. I often use an eclectic approach, blending different techniques and theoretical approaches to fit your needs, as every individual is different.
I understand that every person has their own unique experience and perspective. I am willing to explore with them every step of the way to meet their goals at their own pace. I will work to encourage, support, and validate the process and potential for change alongside you.
I am hoping to work with individual's who are old enough to utilize technology, looking for an additional support with their anxiety, depression, motivation, family dynamics, life changes, emotional regulation, self-identity, and trauma.
