Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) is a Salt Lake City private group practice led by Clifton R. Uckerman, LCSW, a respected community advocate, educator, and mentor. We specialize in treating the underlying traumas that contribute to conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction, ADHD, and personality disorders. Our evidence-based approach is holistic, compassionate, and rooted in the latest neuroscience research.
We believe that healing often begins with addressing past traumas, and we use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you process and overcome these experiences. We work collaboratively with you to design an individualized, trauma-focused treatment plan, offering support for diverse communities, including those who may have felt marginalized by the mental health system in the past.
