We are a group of licensed therapists and a registered dietitian who want to give people support so they can “DO SOMETHING.” Whatever that something may be (healing, coping, processing, living, etc). We believe everyone’s story is significant and worth listening to. Our therapists cover a range of areas they work with. Areas of Expertise include Addiction, relationships, perinatal health, anxiety, depression, sports performance, ADHD support, chronic illness, cancer, and grief and loss.
