I'm board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I have worked in various medical and mental health setting for over 10 years. I'm licensed to practice as a psychiatric mental health practitioner in the greater Houston area, Arizona, Connecticut, Washington State and New Mexico. I bring with me a unique set of experience in treating Adolescents, young adults and geriatric patients who suffer from Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, Insomnia, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Schizophrenia.

I'm committed to providing comprehensive care with a philosophy that extends beyond the use of medication alone and encompasses a holistic approach that includes supplements, vitamins, nutrition, and exercise as essential components of mental well-being.
