Our team has a unique voice as both counselors and dietitians. We are passionate about anti-diet approaches, weight inclusivity, diverse body advocacy, and eating disorder recovery! We believe the world needs to hear about the liberating alternatives to engaging in diet culture and we are here to spread the word!
