Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Counselors

Welcome, accepting new clients. You may be enduring or moving through a unique situation that's hard to make sense of. You can expect a space and relationship to bring all of yourself to. I invite the exploration of all parts of yourself that may have gotten stuck or left behind. What you think, feel, your beliefs, strengths and triumphs are important and I hope to get to know these alongside you, helping to make sense of your story on your path of healing. You can expect a space that welcomes authentic connection, autonomy, and transparency.

I specialize in working with adults and children experiencing anxiety and depression who have a trauma history. I also enjoy working with clients experiencing complex post-traumatic stress disorder, low self-esteem, disordered eating, relationship issues, bipolar, and behavioral concerns.

Finding a supportive counselor and space while going through something difficult is stressful! I aim to provide a comfortable and flexible space that you can transition into with ease. It's through relationships that we can explore our experiences of safety or danger in the world. I hope to connect with you along your path.
