Olivia Uhart, ARNP, PLLC

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and am licensed as an ARNP. I am currently focusing my practice on adolescents and young adults, seeing patients ages 18-35. I provide psychiatric assessments for the purpose of treatment, medication management, education for patients and families, and supportive counseling.

Across these services, it is important to me to assess each person's health holistically (considering behavioral patterns, nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc.), to get to know my patients and learn about their lives, and to use non-pharmacologic interventions in addition to medication (when needed) to guide treatment and improve wellness overall.

I enjoy helping patients through adjustment and transition, especially those that accompany transitioning to college or graduate school, into their career, and personal changes. I also have a special interest in working with perinatal patients, assisting with mental health symptoms that arise before, during, or after pregnancy and in early parenthood. I also enjoy helping patients learn to manage stress and develop coping skills. However, I do not see patients solely for counseling or therapy.

In addition to this practice, I am a lecturer for the University of Washington School of Nursing. I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and playing and watching sports, and spending my free time with my family and friends.

I am currently seeing patients solely via telehealth, with HIPAA-compliant video streaming, which enables me to see patients who are located anywhere in Washington.
