Olivia has openings for individual clients on Friday mornings and afternoons. She works with young adults seeking to heal from past trauma, manage transitions related to college age development, navigate daily stress, or explore emerging parts of themselves. With a background in attachment theory, as well as training in DBT and CBT, Olivia specializes in helping clients understand their relational experiences, strengthen a healthy sense of self, and increase ability to cope with personal stressors. She takes a curious and gentle approach, incorporating mindfulness, body movement, and yoga to support stress relief and healing.

Olivia offers in-person sessions at the South Burlington Family Center or via telehealth. She will work with clients to ensure clarity around insurance coverage before beginning services.
