If you're in the midst of change—new place, new role, or new chapter—I’m here to help you find your footing with experienced, structured support. Big changes can stir up a lot: from identity questions to value conflicts, existential uncertainty to relational shifts. It can feel disorienting, lonely, or like you're disappointing others by following your own path. You don’t need all the answers (and I don't have them, either). I'll help you root into your values, clarify your direction, and move forward with confidence, courage, and compassion.

I specialize in treating complex trauma and have over 8 years of clinical experience helping clients navigate some of life's most difficult circumstances. Adjusting to change falls along the traumatic stress continuum, and it helps to address symptoms and concerns as soon as possible.

I show up to sessions with warmth, authenticity, and humor. In our work together, I want you to feel understood, supported, and challenged. Together, we'll assess where you are now and where you want to go. I'll hold space for you to process, and we'll set specific, realistic, task-oriented objectives that align with your values and long-term goals.
