Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

One of my first goals in therapy is to provide an atmosphere of privacy, safety and confidentiality.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed, struggling with images of a traumatic event, never told someone about sexual abuse that still haunts you? Are you trying to get clean from alcohol and or drugs? Plagued by panic attacks or hopelessness? I would love to work with you so you can achieve your goals.

My passion is to help you work through past and current trauma, addictions, and mental health obstacles that prevent true growth.

I possess over 10 years of experience in the mental health/addictions field and 14 years of experience working with adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. I have experience with Military members and their families.

I am a grandmother of 8 beautiful grandchildren. I love camping, hiking, fishing and spending time with my cats, Arwen and Bella.
