Warm greetings! I am a LCSW and earned my Masters degree at Augsburg College of MN. I have been providing individual and group therapy for over 5 years in a variety of settings which includes; psych-hospitals, Medical hospitals, crisis residential, and currently a private prison. I offer a free 20 minutes phone consultation through my private practice at My Recovery LLC.
I have a great deal of experience working with individuals dealing with severe mental illness, substance use, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, trauma, adjustment disorders, as well as grief/loss. I offer several therapeutic modalities to help clients achieve their goals. Services are provided in your home via a secure tele-health platform as well as in person.
It would be of great pleasure to work with you in a therapeutic alliance. My role as a therapist is one of which I truly enjoy and take with great pride. Your recovery journey is of high importance to me.
