At Nourished Minds LLC, we provide psychotherapy, medication management, and nutrition services tailored to individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image distress, trauma, OCD, anxiety, and depression.
We specialize in supporting clients build healthier relationships with food, exercise, and their bodies, empowering you to live more authentically and confidently. Our approach is grounded in genuine connection, humor, and authenticity. Sessions are available both in person in Glastonbury, CT as well as online, offering flexible support so you can still get to sessions while juggling classes and all the social fun of college!
Our practice takes a holistic, multidisciplinary approach, bringing together the expertise of a therapist, dietitian, and psychiatric nurse practitioner to deliver integrated care.
