North Star Wellness Center offers mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families.

North Star Wellness Center also is proud to offer pro bono short term crisis counseling for the MSU community and its families. Email us for more details and to schedule a session.

Therapists are specialized in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse, and more.

Treatment options include traditional talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Our clinicians believe that growth and healing happen in healthy communities, so we work with individuals and within the community to promote positive, inclusive, and sustainable change. North Star is honored to partner with other service providers with similar social justice values.
