My name is Ben Lotstein, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) based out of Fort Collins, CO. I’ve had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, and families for the past six years in outpatient, in-home, and wilderness settings. I received my Master’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. In addition to working in private practice, I have the honor of serving as the Associate Director of the Aging Clinic of the Rockies at Colorado State University. When I’m not in the office, you might find me out biking, spending time with my wife and dog, meditating, or watching a good movie.
I work with individuals and couples seeking to overcome stress, anxiety, and depression in order to get something more out of life. I’ll help you tap into your natural ability to move through challenges to a more balanced and fulfilling way of living.
Whether you are in a long-term, committed relationship or just starting one, the work we'll do will support you in moving beyond conflicts and emotional disconnection to a more intimate, loving relationship.
I’m so glad that you’ve made your way here, and I’d love to connect to see how I can support you moving forward in your process.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
