You might be here because life feels overwhelming, stuck, or uncertain and you’re ready for something to shift.

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and healing from trauma. Many of my clients are professionals or college students seeking clarity in a fast-paced, often demanding world. If you’re dealing with burnout, low self-esteem, or feel torn between others’ expectations and your own needs, therapy can help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and better understand your experience.

In our work together, I aim to create a warm, supportive space centered on your goals and identity. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed; I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore it together. We’ll build tools to support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and more authentic relationships.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in media, giving me firsthand insight into the pressures of corporate work, career changes, and questioning your path. I also bring experience working with teens, adults, and older adults in both clinical and community settings, supporting people through challenges such as family conflict, eating disorders, and healing from parentification. Across all of my work, I’ve seen how transformative it can be to have space that’s truly your own.

My approach integrates evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), often incorporating mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded and present.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Wherever you are in your process, I’m here to meet you there.
