I love to work with clients to reach their goals in their life and journey towards healing. Clients often come to me with goals to improve their mental health and learn skills to manage their symptoms. I love to partner with clients on this journey towards healing and growth.
I work with all types of clients in different ages and stages of life. I work predominantly with clients diagnosed with anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, and BPD. I love helping clients learn about their mental health and have a chance to safely process their lives.
I would love to partner with you on your journey towards growth and healing.
