Research shows that people would rather experience physical pain than emotional pain. These tough times can make us feel hopeless, vulnerable and powerless. As we know, we cannot avoid life’s hurts that leave us with feelings of pain, guilt, anger and shame; however, we can learn from these emotions. Emotions influence our thinking processes, which can impact how we see the world around us. Therapy can help clear these barriers of uncertainty, which can prevent us from achieving our personal goals, getting that promotion, or getting that person of your dreams!

My practice is not limited as I work with trauma, toxic masculinity, addictions, and other psychiatric disorders. I am also a doctoral candidate, which allows me to share new therapeutic philosophies backed in research. Therapy is my passion, and my speciality is connecting with people in order to help move past their past to live more in the present.

Let me be the first to congratulate you for your courage. I strive to create a non-judgmental space for people to explore in a trusting and safe environment. Which will allow you to share your story, pain and uncertainty. Improving your mental health is a journey that will provide healing and personal growth.
