Unisus Counseling LLC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LPCC, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

As a counselor, I have enjoyed the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life. I have experience providing services for the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorder, as well problems related to life changes. I feel that counseling is most effective when the client and the clinician connect in a way that encourages honest feedback and empowerment for the client.

My practice philosophy is based on Cognitive Behavior Therapeutic interventions mixed with a focus on Person Centered and Trauma Informed methodologies. I work with clients to explore their thought processes to help optimize their strengths so they can achieve a better quality of life.

My style of therapy enables the client to explore and learn about themselves as well as the factors affecting their current state of well-being. By working together in an environment that promotes self-awareness and acceptance, I strive to help the client capitalize on existing strengths while developing new ones to help achieve a better quality of life.
