Hi! I'm Noah Lessner (he/him). I have experience counseling teens and college students, guiding them through challenges such as trauma, relationship dynamics, gender and sexuality transitions, and academic pressures. My approach centers on helping clients embrace their unique identities while offering support in navigating potential diagnoses. Inspired by my own struggles growing up, I am passionate about helping others through tough times. My easygoing, empathetic nature allows me to connect with clients of all ages and creates a safe, welcoming space for healing.

Understanding that change can be difficult and seeking help can feel daunting, I am committed to providing unwavering support throughout the therapeutic process. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address negative thought patterns, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to improve emotional regulation, and positive psychology to foster resilience and strength. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness techniques to promote self-soothing. My person-centered approach is flexible and tailored to each client’s unique goals, ensuring that therapy is aligned with what they want to achieve. I am dedicated to helping clients become the best version of themselves, offering compassionate guidance every step of the way.
