Hi, I’m Nina, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I’m here to help you find peace and balance in the midst of life’s challenges. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating ADHD, complex trauma, and the many struggles that come with both. My approach is all about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself without fear of judgment or expectations. I know that life can feel overwhelming, and therapy can seem like a big step, but I’m here to walk with you through that process.

I get that mental health isn’t just about dealing with symptoms—it’s about addressing the full picture of who you are and what you’ve been through. I’m especially passionate about working with clients who are dealing with the combined effects of ADHD and trauma because I understand how these can influence every aspect of your life. I help you uncover the connections between past experiences and current struggles so we can create a plan that makes sense for you. Whether we’re focusing on medication management, exploring trauma, or learning new ways to manage ADHD, I’m committed to helping you live a life where you feel more connected, grounded, and fulfilled.

I’ve been where you are—feeling unsure about the next step or what it means to ask for help. Growing up, I saw the strength and vulnerability in people dealing with mental health and substance use struggles. That experience drove me to pursue a career in mental wellness. My curiosity about why people end up where they do in life has always pushed me to dig deeper. I think that curiosity has shaped how I connect with people now.

In therapy, I prioritize listening and understanding where you’re coming from. Whether you’re struggling with ADHD, trauma, or something else entirely, we’ll figure it out together. I use a flexible, person-centered approach that evolves as we work together—because what works for one person doesn’t always work for someone else. My practice focuses on partnering with you to find the strategies and tools that resonate most with your experiences and needs.

I know therapy can be intimidating, especially when you’re already dealing with so much. But I’m here to offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can talk about what’s really going on. Together, we’ll work through those tough moments so you can start feeling more in control and connected to yourself. I believe you deserve a life where you’re not just surviving but truly living. Let’s take that first step together.

When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my family, especially my kids, who always remind me to stay present and enjoy the little things. I also unwind through reading and meditation, which help me recharge and stay grounded.

If you’re ready to take that next step, I’m here to support you. Let’s figure it out together.
