I help people seek health and find purpose in their lives, despite health issues, transitions, and life events that leave them feeling stuck, unsure, or held back. As a health psychologist with 20+ years studying how people adjust to chronic illness, I’m passionate about helping people with physical health issues find more self compassion and build meaningful, satisfying lives – physically, emotionally, and in their relationships. I love working with college students. Together, we work to gain clarity on personal values and goals and learn strategies to break through barriers to what they truly want out of life.
