Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Marriage & Family Therapists

If you have ever experienced the feeling of not belonging or felt that you and your experiences were beyond the realm of help, then you have come to the right place! We specialize in working with children, teens, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and who have experienced trauma. In our work together, we will collaborate and meet you where you are at so that you can leverage your strengths, interests, and natural support systems to change your life for the better.

Clinicians at Nienna Counseling are trained in a variety of models which include TF-CBT, EMDR, IFS, and attachment-based modalities. Some of our clinicians also use pop culture, gaming, art, books, and animation as part of their toolkit. We also work to support individuals who are part of the LGBTQ+ and ethical non-monogamy communities. You deserve happiness, let's help you find it!
