Feeling anxious, stuck, or just tired of carrying so much on your own? Feeling like you’re surviving but not thriving?

Maybe your brain won’t slow down, you’re constantly feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, and always on edge. Or maybe you’ve been carrying old wounds for a long time—family stuff, trauma, relationship struggles, grief. You might be struggling with the general chaos of being a human in the world right now. You may be questioning your identity, navigating life in a world that often misunderstands you, or feeling exhausted from simply trying to hold it all together.

As a queer therapist, I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folks, adults, and teens who are carrying trauma—whether it’s from childhood, relationships, loss, religion, or just existing in a world that hasn’t always been safe or supportive. Many of my clients are trying to heal from experiences that left them feeling small, ashamed, or invisible. Others are exploring their identity, working through burnout, or just trying to feel more connected and whole.

I draw from a variety of evidence based and trauma-informed modalities to best fit your unique needs including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), emotion focused therapy, trauma informed CBT (TF-CBT), mindfulness based tools, and somatic practices. Therapy is a partnership - together, we’ll work to untangle old patterns, reconnect with your body and emotions, and build tools that actually make life feel more livable. My hope is to help you find your best and most authentic version of you.
