I am a therapist-in-training providing $25 therapy under the supervision of Jessenia until March 2025.

Insight is a powerful motivator. My clinical approach integrates psychoeducation, evidence-based interventions, and curiosity about my client’s lived experiences. My style is collaborative, sometimes humorous, and empathic. My goal is to creatively personalize clinical care according to what’s most effective for my clients.

I believe identifying and reexamining unhelpful patterns and beliefs can lead to approachable lasting change. My perspective is heavily informed by my experience as a second generation multiethnic Asian American who navigates sometimes conflicting cultural identities and spaces. I strive to create safety for my clients to be able to confront the intricacies of their own experience. Counseling provides the tools for clients to create greater flexibility, emotional growth, and personal satisfaction.

My areas of interest are anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, and hoarding disorder, in particular adults with parents who hoard.
