Hi. I’m Nikki. I’m so glad you’re here reading this. I provide individual therapy to adults throughout Florida and Georgia who struggle with self-doubt, self-criticism, poor body image, obsessive and intrusive thoughts, emotional sensitivity, anxiety, perfectionism, and those who struggle to ask for help, and who often put themselves last.
