I'm a licensed Creative Arts Therapist with 9 years of clinical experience and specialize in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety and stress, LGBTQIA+ issues, identity and self-exploration. I strive to be genuine, developing positive relationships so I can be a partner in your healing process.
In my 9 years of practice working with many different people with a large variety of diagnoses, I have come to individualize treatment utilizing a variety of techniques including talk-therapy, non-verbal therapies (EMDR), and art-based techniques.
The path to healing is not straight and can feel like an impossible task, but we do not have to walk alone. The human body has incredible power to recall difficult memories, bury negative thoughts, and to remind us of unfinished business. However, the body can also heal itself given the right environment. Together we can journey towards health and happiness.
