Established in 2016, we became a Group Private Practice focused on mental health and substance use COACHING and COUNSELING support for ADULTS and high-school students. All of our coaches and counselors are licensed and it is our goal to offer education and guidance to individuals, couples, families and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. WE work with individuals, groups and communities to improve their mental health and over-all functioning. WE encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences. WE examine issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, couples work, adjustment struggles, substance abuse, aging, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and emotional/behavioral functioning. We help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight through the development of therapeutic processes. And if we can’t help you. WE will help you find what will.
