I understand that healing from trauma is a deeply personal and often challenging journey. As a therapist, I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, but more importantly, it is tailored to your unique needs and strengths.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced PTSD, complex trauma, childhood trauma, first responder trauma, abuse, and other distressing life events. Whether your trauma is recent or from years past, I believe in the power of resilience and the possibility of healing. Together, we will work towards understanding how trauma has impacted your life, developing healthy coping strategies, and reclaiming your sense of self.

I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including trauma-focused approaches, somatic techniques, mindfulness, and cognitive-based strategies, to help you process and move forward. My goal is to empower you—not just to manage symptoms, but to truly heal and build a fulfilling life beyond trauma.
You don’t have to go through this alone. If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support.
