Nicole Cali
Are you struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship difficulties, or low self-esteem? Maybe you feel like you have a hard time getting out of your own head or feel “stuck” in your negative thoughts. As a licensed therapist with over 7 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals, both adults and adolescents, manage mood disorders, navigate interpersonal challenges, and build self-esteem. Therapy with me is empowering, nonjudgmental, and evidence-based. Therapy is a collaborative process in which we can work together to see what works for you, in my opinion, there is no "one shoe fits all" approach.
My work with clients is integrative and holistic, which means that I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. Using a variety of techniques, I can help you develop coping skills, improve your communication and relationship skills, and build a stronger sense of self.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts/feelings, gain insight, and learn practical strategies. I'm an engaged therapist who listens, reflects, asks questions, and offers interpretations. I always bring my authentic self to sessions and can't wait to get started supporting you!
