Nicole Belanger is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a wide-range of experiences working with college students and student-athletes dealing with mental health struggles, behavioral concerns and difficulties regulating emotions.
Nicole obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has a wide variety of experience, that includes outpatient individual therapy, outpatient group therapy, residential services, online crisis support, and community psychological services.
Nicole has worked with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, addiction, harmful behaviors, LGBTQIA+, athletic performance and mood/personality disorders. She utilizes evidence-based models with client-centered and strength-based approaches to help individuals identify their strengths and potential to navigate the challenges of life. Nicole also has extensive experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy in both individual and group settings and working with collegiate level athletes.
Nicole provides a compassionate, safe and supportive environment for people to feel comfortable and competent while mending their relationships with themselves and working on their goals.
