Neuroaffirming LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 30 days ago

I specialize in working with autistic, ADH, queer and/or transgender teens and adults with difficulties related to executive functioning, anxiety, and mood. I use a strengths-based and client-centered approach, while also offering tools and techniques from many different therapeutic modalities.

I’ve worked with many college students who struggle with, among other things, social anxiety, organization and time management, identity exploration, and stress related to preparing for their lives after graduation. I use value-centered goal setting and a warm and affirming relational approach to working with students. I am an alum of Hampshire College and I especially like working with students in non-traditional settings.
