Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Pre-Licensed Professionals

I’m passionate about helping people at any stage of life that might feel overwhelming and incontrollable. It’s hard to process the complexities of neurodivergence, chronic pain, chronic illness, depression and anxiety on your own. I help to navigate the steps as everyone’s process is different. I provide affirming care for all relationships, including queer and non-monogamous and take a harm reduction stance in my counseling practice. I see clients for who they are, who they want to be and create a safe space for both to exist together.

I work with those exploring their past, present, and future selves. I create a space to explore this, focusing on safety, humor, and the person. I focus on someone’s life stories, and how they want to express those that are told and untold. The experience for a client is curated in a way that fosters growth, healing, and challenging when they are ready.

This is your life, and how we navigate therapy is uniquely fit to you. As a guide, my goal is to support, understand, and provide in whatever ways are most comfortable and beneficial to you. Healing comes from safety. Every version of you is waiting. Let’s work together to connect the past, present and future you.
